As Project Manager, Sample Operations Management within our Go-To-Market Capabilities team, you'll serve as the central point of contact between Sample Operations and our marketing and sales organizations - driving data-driven decisions through analytics, budget planning, and operational reporting that directly support our General Medicines and Specialty Care brands.

Main Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact between Sample Operations and marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and business changes that impact product sampling programs.
* Lead sample allocation planning and budget management activities, working closely with brand leads and financial controllers to ensure quarterly and annual budgets are accurately maintained and support field needs.
* Develop and deliver analytics and reporting on sample compliance, utilization, and forecasting, translating complex data trends into clear, tailored presentations for brand, marketing, and senior leadership.
* Act as the operational lead for sample system updates - including new product launches, team onboarding, quantity adjustments, and eligibility changes - while overseeing issue identification and resolution.
* Partner with cross-functional teams including distribution, digital, finance, and the Sanofi Analytics team to align on initiatives and ensure Sample Operations is represented in key decisions and system developments.
* Monitor and report on sample program health metrics, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support field staff with sample administration activities.
* Attend cross-functional operational meetings to maintain awareness of business changes, represent Sample Operations interests, and ensure alignment across teams.

About You

* Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with exposure to commercial operations, budgeting, or analytics
* Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Power BI, with experience preparing reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
* Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field.
