Job Description:
As a Content Publishing Specialist within Prime Video Digiflex Operations, you will support a variety of operational tasks that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of content across our video catalog. This is a flexible, operations-driven role, associates are assigned to workflows based on current business needs and volume priorities, and may shift between different task types and queues over the course of their engagement. Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes quickly are key to success in this position.

* Location: This is NOT a remote position. Associates are required to work on-site at the SJO10 site in Calle Blancos, Costa Rica
* Schedule: Must be available to work weekend shifts
* Contract type: Blue Badge Contractor (direct Amazon engagement)
* Duration: Temporary position, maximum 11 months

Key job responsibilities
* Perform operational tasks across one or more content workflows, which may include metadata review, image and content quality checks, ad-related validations, cue point verification, and user experience testing, depending on business needs at any given time
* Use internal software tools and systems on a daily basis to process, fix, and capture data accurately
* Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to make consistent, judgment-based decisions
* Identify and escalate anomalies, content issues, or tool functionality problems in a timely manner
* Adapt quickly to new workflows, task types, and operational priorities as business needs evolve

Candidate Requirements:
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- 1+ years of computer networking experience, or experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
- Comfortable working with internal software tools and data entry systems.
- Strong judgment and ability to apply written guidelines independently.
- Ability to work weekend shifts as required.
- Experience in managing critical operational processes, with SLA responsibility
- Previous experience in content operations, data quality, media, or digital advertising.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms or ad-supported content environments.
