Molding Process Technician 2
Start-Up, operate, and troubleshoot thermoplastic and LSR injection molding production equipment and processes to complete work orders.

Your role:

* Start up, clean, and operate thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, including auxiliary equipment, to produce finished goods.
* Assist in mold setup, validation, and troubleshooting to keep processes running and complete work orders efficiently.
* Apply advanced knowledge of plastic and silicone transformation processes, using Lean tools to improve operations and solve problems.
* Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards while supporting product and process improvements.
* Provide operational support to Manufacturing Engineers/Managers, including training technicians, reporting, validation activities, and root cause analysis of defects.

You're the right fit if:

* High school diploma (9th grade) required; Plastic Process Technician certification preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Molding Technician.
* Knowledge of safety practices and standards.
* Experience in medical manufacturing environments or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
* Basic English and computer skills (Word, Excel) preferred, with ability to support self-training.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations

This role is an onsite role.

Monday to Friday: 3:36 pm a 10:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am a 3:00 pm
