What You'll Do:
* Support and Optimize Partner Operations:
Provide daily support for pre-sales and post-sales agreements, billing, and partner inquiries. Act as a primary contact for resolving complex cases and guiding partners through operational processes.
* Drive Process Improvement:
Review, update, and document operational workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. Identify and address bottlenecks, outdated practices, and opportunities for automation.
* Manage Programs and Incentives:
Support incentive, rebate, and payout programs, ensuring accurate payments and clear process ownership. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize program delivery.
* Train and Engage Stakeholders :
Deliver guidance and training to partners, sellers, and internal teams to ensure clarity and success.
* Champion Innovation:
Embrace new technologies and AI-driven solutions to enhance operationalperformance and deliver value to Microsoft and its partners.
* Support Implementation Projects:
Assist with launches and transitions for new tools, programs, or markets, ensuring readiness and smooth adoption

Candidate Requirements:

Required/minimum qualifications:
* You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance and 2+ years of experience in program management, process management, process improvement or equivalent experience.
* You bring experience in operational support, billing, or program management in a global environment.
* You are a problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and documentation.
* You communicate clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and adapt quickly to change.
* You are curious about new technologies and excited to leverage AI for better business outcomes.

Additional or preferred qualifications:
* Experience with Microsoft Advertising, SAP, AMT, or similar enterprise systems.
* Familiarity with incentive, rebate, or payout programs in a large-scale environment.
* Experience supporting launches or transitions for new tools, processes, or markets.
* Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive process automation.
* Experience in a technology, media, or digital advertising environment.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
