Sobre la función

Estamos en busca de un(a) Gerente Regional de Investigaciones Antifalsificación para integrarse a nuestro equipo global de Group Security. La posición reporta al/la Líder Global de Antifalsificación (ACF) y tiene como objetivo liderar la estrategia regional de combate a la falsificación, protegiendo nuestra marca, a nuestros consumidores y nuestra propiedad intelectual.
Esta es una oportunidad para profesionales que desean trabajar en un entorno diverso, colaborativo y con impacto real en el negocio, colaborando con equipos internos, autoridades y socios externos en distintos países de la región.

Responsabilidades Principales

* Liderar e impulsar la estrategia regional antifalsificación, alineada con nuestras prioridades globales y nuestro compromiso con la protección del consumidor
* Identificar de forma proactiva riesgos, mercados y productos prioritarios para anticipar y mitigar amenazas a la marca
* Diseñar e implementar iniciativas antifalsificación que generen impacto sostenible en el negocio
* Colaborar con autoridades, aduanas y organismos regulatorios para fortalecer acciones de enforcement en la región
* Supervisar investigaciones online y offline, asegurando altos estándares de calidad a través de socios externos
* Generar y aprovechar inteligencia para comprender tendencias emergentes, rutas y métodos de falsificación
* Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones con proveedores estratégicos, promoviendo innovación, eficiencia y mejora continua
* Administrar el presupuesto regional con enfoque en valor, impacto y uso responsable de los recursos
* Definir, monitorear y comunicar KPIs que reflejen el progreso y la efectividad de las iniciativas
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de marcos regulatorios y apoyar acciones legales vinculadas a la protección de propiedad intelectual
* Trabajar de manera transversal con equipos de negocio, legal, empaque y comunicación para desarrollar soluciones integrales
* Representar a Haleon externamente, fortaleciendo alianzas estratégicas y posicionando a la compañía como referente en antifalsificación

¿Porqué tú?

Tus calificaciones:

* Experiencia sólida (mínimo 5 años) en investigaciones, protección de marca, antifalsificación o enforcement de propiedad intelectual
* Experiencia trabajando con autoridades, aduanas y equipos legales en contextos regionales o internacionales
* Experiencia gestionando investigaciones complejas y proveedores externos
* Conocimiento en leyes de propiedad intelectual y tendencias de falsificación
* Certificaciones en el área son un plus
* Buena comunicación oral y escrita
* Ética, resiliencia y sentido de responsabilidad
* Inglés avanzado (obligatorio)
* Portugués deseable
