The Service Planner for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, Croatia is responsible for plan, schedule, and coordinate service, installation, and preventive maintenance activities in line with operational requirements in the Service Croation team.
This position is part of the Technical Service Department located in Zagreb and will be fully onsite. You should be ideally located in commuting distance from Zagreb.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Plan, schedule, and coordinate service, installation, and preventive maintenance activities in line with operational requirements
* Ensure effective utilization of field service engineers (FSE) and authorized partners (AS) through accurate planning and workload management
* Ensure the installed base operates in compliance with contractual obligations, manufacturer guidelines, and Quality System procedures
* Coordinate implementation of corrective and preventive actions (MODs) as recommended by manufacturers
* Provide professional customer support, including handling inquiries, complaints, and service-related communication
* Maintain and develop positive customer relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention
* Manage spare parts ordering and ensure optimal inventory levels in the Service Depot, with focus on cost control
* Maintain and monitor service data in Oracle, including open tasks, errors, and service requests
* Prepare regular reports, service documentation, and operational summaries
* Ensure effective internal and external communication and cooperation with Sales and other stakeholders
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager

The essential requirements of the job include:
* Experience from the similar roles are welcomed
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Croatian required
* Computer skills in MS Office

It would be a plus if you also possess:
* Logical and creative thinking and problem-solving approach
* Developed analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities
* Communication skills
