Job Description:
Client is a company known for its premium automobiles and commitment to innovation in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities: As an EDI Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating EDI connection onboardings between a premium automotive client and their suppliers and other relevant parties. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating EDI connection onboardings, ensuring smooth integration between the client and suppliers.
* Preparing test data, managing communication with trading partners, and assisting in the production of operational documents to establish and maintain stable connections.
* Collaborating with third-party EDI providers and new trading partners to set up existing and new processes.
* Troubleshooting and repairing ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) based on client guidelines, including supporting suppliers with structure issues in test ASNs.
* Managing all communication with suppliers, performing EDI tests, and coordinating these activities with multiple parties.
* Maintaining effective EDI relationships with trading partners and providing support to all internal departments and vendors.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
* Familiarity with at least 3-4 topics from the following list: VDA4905/VDA4913, VDA4984/VDA4987, DELINS/DESADV, OFTP2, VFN, calloff, ASN, order, order-response, aperak, Idoc.
* Ability to consult and support based on guidelines. Basic SAP skills, including WE02, WE60, WE63, and WE20. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
* Effective communication skills, with the role comprising 30% communication (email and phone) and 70% technical responsibilities.
Additional Considerations:
German language skills are welcome, as the candidate will handle daily emails in German; speaking level is not required.
