Global Mobility Tax Professional - Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Global Mobility Tax Operations Team in Siemens Global Mobility and Reward department is looking for a colleague to strengthen our team and support us with our day-to-day agenda.

Your main responsibilities would involve:
* Manage the Personal Income Tax compliance processes for our current customers while
coordinating the complex tax agenda with our internal and external partners
* Cooperate with commercial project managers, local HR partners and tax providers
* Evaluate new concepts/ process changes/ internal regulations of other departments that
might have impact on Personal Income Tax compliance topics
* Deliver correct data and documents for further tax processing, ensuring that inputs are
provided in line with stipulated cut-off dates and deadlines
* Manage and coordinate payments of taxes towards the tax authorities globally
* Prepare reports, analyze data and track global mobility tax compliance status
* Maintain completeness and accuracy of internal tools
* Work with other tax colleagues and case managers to continuously review the
effectiveness of operational processes and make improvements
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications / Skills:
* Knowledge of the expatriate tax agenda is a big advantage
* Knowledge of expatriate services and global mobility is a plus
* University degree
* Critical thinking and strong orientation to detail
* Ability to work independently, very good time management and prioritization skills
* Flexibility and ability to manage several tasks in a very fast-paced environment
* Ability to adapt and work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive
suggestions for their improvements
* Working knowledge of MS Office (intermediate Excel knowledge required)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively and
work competently with teams in other geographic locations
* Intercultural sensitivity
