Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support and coordinate project initiatives across the CEE region. In this role, you will help manage project activities, reporting, communication, and governance while working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams. What you'll be doing: Coordinate local initiatives and projects across departments. Maintain and update project portfolios, trackers, schedules, and documentation. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues when needed. Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and provide status updates. Coordinate internal and external resources to support project delivery. Support project and program managers in daily project management activities. Create process maps and propose improvements in project management processes. Maintain project performance databases and track milestones and deliverables. Cooperate with internal departments in line with company standards and values. What you'll bring: Fluent Czech or Polish and English (B2+). Advanced knowledge of MS Office. Basic knowledge of project management principles. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsible, reliable, and result-oriented personality. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Previous experience in project coordination or project administration is an advantage.
