Job Description:

Your Responsibilities
* Manage complex customer projects in the field of generator and special switchgear systems.
* Plan and monitor project requirements, schedules, resources, costs, and quality, while implementing corrective and optimization measures in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
* Review and evaluate technical specifications from both technical and commercial perspectives, and align requirements and potential solutions with customers.
* Design generator and special switchgear solutions, take responsibility for the development and evaluation of the respective concepts, and collaborate closely with partners and suppliers.
* Assess supplier quotations from a technical and commercial perspective and take ownership of change management, claim management, and risk management activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
* Excellent communication skills in English, German & other languages advantage .
* Several years of proven experience in project management, ideally complemented by formal project management training or certification.
* Solid knowledge of switchgear systems and related technologies; experience with generator and special switchgear applications is highly desirable.
* Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
* A proactive and results-oriented personality with a strong customer focus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
