Digitalization Consultant - Driving S4Hana Support and Global Automation Initiatives
Workload within position is split 50/50 between:
1) S4Hana Smart Close App support for the onboarded AREs via My Services portal. This includes:
* running maintenance of Smart Close for newly/already onboarded entities in S4Hana environment based on incoming requests from scenario owner
* scenario opening/execution including preparation of documentation
* new releases testing
* prepare the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and minutes
* reporting problems and current status, discussing of new issues raised
* communicate across various organization units (project intern teams, IT, GBS centers/services, business..)
2) Support Automation Projects and Smart Close Global Community

Take part in automation projects using other tools (like Redwood) and help lead the Smart Close global community. This includes:
* Stay in touch with operational teams, IT, RIC, and other GBS centers, and prepare automation designs for future development.
* Run smaller end-to-end automation projects as the project manager.
* Assist with various topics to support the Smart Close application community.
What we require:
* Knowledge of Smart Close application on Super User level (experience with Smart Close implementation highly welcomed)
* English as must, German as advantage but not mandatory
* Knowledge of closing financial processes & ERP systems
* Experience in project management preferred/welcome
* Good planning skills and ability to keep deadlines
* Ability to work independently, be self organized
