Job Description:

At Roche you can show up as yourself, embraced for the unique qualities you bring. Our culture encourages personal expression, open dialogue, and genuine connections, where you are valued, accepted and respected for who you are, allowing you to thrive both personally and professionally. This is how we aim to prevent, stop and cure diseases and ensure everyone has access to healthcare today and for generations to come. Join Roche, where every voice matters.

The Position

As a Global Medical Collaboration Leader you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the development, launch and access of innovative medicines within the Obesity disease area. Working across global and affiliate teams, you act as a trusted, field-based medical partner who connects science, strategy and customer needs. Through strong external partnerships and deep disease area expertise, you help deliver meaningful impact for patients across the lifecycle of a molecule. This is an above-country role within Roche Pharma Denmark, supporting multiple markets, with a preference for candidates based in Copenhagen. It involves travel within and occasionally outside of Denmark.

The Opportunity

* Act as a strategic, field-based medical partner for global and affiliate teams, supporting disease area strategy from early development through post-approval.
* Build and sustain high-value scientific relationships with external stakeholders, investigators, and research networks, representing Roche as a trusted medical partner.
* Drive scientific exchange, medical education, and value-based collaborations aligned with the Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) strategy.
* Partner with clinical trial sites to support site selection, patient recruitment and retention, and provide investigator insights to optimize clinical development.
* Collect, analyze, and translate real-time insights on disease area trends, clinical practice, competitive landscape, and patient experience across countries.
* Strengthen launch readiness and treatment access by enabling affiliates through training, medical expertise sharing, and coordinated field activities.
* Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning to enhance customer experience, scientific excellence, and ONE Roche ways of working.

Who You Are

* You bring a strong scientific foundation with a Master's degree in a scientific or related field; a PhD, PharmD or MD is an advantage.
* You have significant experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, including a medical or scientific customer-facing role.
* You are experienced in clinical trial operations and investigator engagement, with a proven track record of external scientific collaboration.
* You have strong disease area knowledge in Obesity, Diabetes or Metabolism, and understand drug development, regulatory pathways and safety/pharmacovigilance.
* You thrive in an agile, empowered environment and excel at building purposeful internal and external partnerships.
* You are fluent in Danish and English; French is an advantage but not required.
