The Team you will be part of:
Our global Group Digital, Data and IT (DDI) function of +500 employees deliver business critical applications and infrastructure for the full value chain from sales to manufacturing and distribution for the GN Group and several of our subsidiaries.

As our new Tech. Solution lead, you are based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark - and report to the Head of our Group Solutions, Dorte Lundberg.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Your main responsibility is overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our different IT solutions within Group Solutions, whereby you will be "the bridge" between organizational business requirements and our technical capabilities, ensuring that our solutions align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.

You will collaborate with various internal-, and external stakeholders across the organization, such as other IT teams, project managers and external vendors, to deliver effective and efficient solutions.

"As part of an application carve-out program, you will contribute to the migration of existing application landscape by supporting the separation of shared components and data, and assisting in the transition to the target environments. Help ensure minimal downtime and maintain the integrity of functionality and records throughout the migration process", says Dorte Lundberg.

Moreover, you will ensure traction and execution by managing:
* Supporting projects, solution changes and technologies utilizing knowhow and skill set (from pre-analysis to closure).
* Architectural solution design and development.
* Take jointly responsibility for the daily administration, support, and improvement of the system and integrating systems.
* Define and manage schedules for service and system updates in alignment with the business.
* Ensure compliance with Group IT standards and procedures of GN and Authorities.
* Our external vendors for daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Manages development/configuration and operation of systems and solutions within area of responsibility.

We are open for your experience and background, where we believe the following will help you be effective in your new position:
* Rational and problem-solving abilities.
* Interest and skillset for servicing SaaS solutions - and may have some years of experience from a similar position within DDI, e.g., within IT solution management, project-, or IT System Management or similar positions from an international focused organization.
* All-round knowledge of DDI, including IT management set-ups and IT system architecture as well as IT compliance.
* A higher education background at a bachelor's level within computer science, IT, engineering, or business.
* Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives.
* Fluent written and spoken English skills. As an international organization with colleagues in over 50 different countries, our official company language is English. It's essential that you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues, no matter where they are.

Advantageous experience, but not prerequisites for the position:
* Interest in and basic understanding of AI technologies and tools.
* Industry experience.
* ITIL which is GNs Service Management approach.
* Knowledge of service and vendor management, including external service providers.
* Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are considered
* Fluency in Danish in writing and in speech.
