Description du poste

* Create patterns and toiles from sketch level/drapes
* Drafting and modifying patterns for toiles and final garments
* Fittings and adjust patterns based on feedback from the design and atelier teams
* Digitize, label, and archive patterns (paper and digital) in an organized workflow
* Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and atelier staff
* Ensure consistency between design intent and technical execution
* Help maintain pattern storage, sewing area, and sample log under tight deadlines

Profil recherché

* Experienced patternmaking or fashion designr
* Proficient in flat pattern drafting, draping, and garment construction
* Highly organized , detail-oriented , and calm under pressure
* Familiarity with digital tools
* Able to translate abstract or unconventional designs into wearable forms
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
