Your mission
Nous recrutons au sein de la Direction Médicale et Patient Consommateur, un(e) Patient Centricity Project Manager Corporate à Boulogne afin de positionner le patient au cœur des actions du Groupe, de développer une stratégie internationale globale de « Patient Centricity » en oncologie (CRC et Mélanome), proposer le plan d'action international global correspondant et le mettre en œuvre. Vous exercez ces activités dans le respect de la loi et des règles d'éthique, de déontologie et de conformité inhérentes à la fonction.
Votre rôle au sein d'une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion :
Responsabilités détaillées :
- Analyser l'environnement du (des) produit(s) et de la (des) pathologie(s) : SPCs, éventuel PGR en vigueur, extensions d'indication en cours de développement, expansion attendue du portefeuille, etc.
- Afin de positionner le patient au cœur des actions du Groupe, développer une stratégie internationale globale et un plan d'action pour coopérer avec les associations de patients/patientes.
- La stratégie et le plan d'action associé doivent être accompagnés d'une évaluation budgétaire, d'un calendrier prévisionnel, des résultats attendus et des indicateurs clés de performance.
- Mettre en œuvre le plan d'action au niveau de l'entreprise (établir des partenariats avec des associations de patients sélectionnées ; travailler avec ces associations, dans le cadre de partenariats ou par le biais de conseils consultatifs / groupes de discussion, mettre en place des enquêtes de satisfaction et des indicateurs de suivi).
- Soutenir les filiales dans la mise en œuvre locale de leurs activités Patient Centric.
- Réaliser toutes ces activités en gardant à l'esprit la nature non promotionnelle du rôle et dans le respect de la loi et des règles d'éthique, de déontologie et de conformité.
- En étroite collaboration avec les correspondants Patient Centricity dans les filiales (collaboration top down et bottom up)
Ce poste est compatible avec du télétravail jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine selon les règles d'entreprise.

In the therapeutic area (s) considered (Melanoma and CRC) and in order to position the patient at the heart of the actions of the Group, develop a global international strategy of "Patient Centricity", propose the corresponding global international action plan and implement it. Carry out these activities in compliance with the law and the rules of ethics, professional conduct and compliance inherent in the function.
Detailed Responsibilities
* Analyze the product (s) and pathology (s) environment: SPCs, possible RMP in force, indication extensions under development, expected expansion of the portfolio, etc.
* In order to position the patient at the heart of the actions of the Group, develop a global international strategy and an action plan for cooperating with patients/patients associations, ie :
* Identify and map international patients/patients associations, understand interactions with their scientific, medico-economic and regulatory environment but also their needs in terms of training, information, support, etc., in the interest of patients
* Identify the Patient Centricity situation and needs in the subsidiaries
* Analyze the actions carried out with these patients/patients associations by the other stakeholders
* Based on the previous elements, propose a strategy and an action plan, as well as its modalities of implementation both at the corporate and the subsidiaries level
* The strategy and the associated action plan should be accompanied by a budget assessment, a provisional schedule, expected deliverables and KPI.
* Implement the action plan at corporate level :
* Establish partnerships with selected patients/patients associations
* Work with these associations, in partnerships or through Advisory Boards / focus groups to get the necessary insights/advices regarding the implementation of educational materials adapted to the needs of patients, the organization of dedicated events or any other subject making it possible to improve the level of information for patients, their quality of life and their overall well-being.
* Set up satisfaction surveys with patient associations to assess the relevance of the implemented projects
* Set up monitoring indicators to assess compliance with expectations, costs and deadlines
* Support the subsidiaries in the local implementation of their Patient Centric activities:
* Refine the local Patients Centricity objectives and action plans with the countries and ensure that they are aligned with the corporate strategy
* Support the implementation of the action plan through providing adapted corporate tools and facilitating their localization, sharing best practices across subsidiaries, organizing advisory boards etc.
* Perform all these activities:
* Keeping in mind the non-promotional nature of the role
* In accordance with the law and the rules of ethics, professional conduct and compliance inherent to the function and the fact that activities with patient associations are strictly non-promotional
* In close collaboration with the other corporate departments leading actions/projects related to patients: medical affairs, medical valuation and scientific events, regulatory, Vigilance, clinical development etc.
* In close collaboration with the Patient Centricity correspondents in the subsidiaries (top down and bottom up collaboration)
* Communicate on/enhance the concept of patient centricity, inside and outside the company
Who you are ?
Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs :
Docteur en pharmacie ou profil scientifique
2 ans d'expérience en oncologie et/ou 2 ans en relation avec les patients
Anglais courant
Utilisation quotidienne du pack office
A une parfaite connaissance des patients en médecine de ville/en milieu hospitalier.
Connaît parfaitement la réglementation en vigueur.
