The Media Manager will play a key role in building and sharing media capabilities across Danone.

Main responsibilities

This global role will focus on organizing partnerships with leading platforms (e.g., Google, Amazon, TikTok, Spotify), sharing knowledge within the international media community, coordinating with our global media agency, and developing playbooks to upskill markets.​

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the center of Danone's global media transformation, working with both internal teams and leading external partners across multiple geographies.​
* Partnership Management : Organize webinars and capability sessions with global platforms (Google, Amazon, TikTok, Spotify, etc.), sharing innovations and opportunities with Danone teams worldwide.​
* Support the Media Director in managing day-to-day interactions with platform partners.​
* Knowledge Sharing : Facilitate regular media community exchanges, ensuring best practices and case studies are shared across categories and markets. Capture and document learnings from campaigns and partnerships into a global knowledge base.​
* Agency Coordination Support the management of Danone's global media agency network, ensuring smooth coordination, alignment, and delivery of key initiatives. Consolidate inputs from agencies for global reviews, benchmarks, and performance tracking.​
* Capability Building: Draft and maintain global media playbooks and guidelines to upskill markets on best practices in media strategy, planning, and execution. Contribute to the roll-out of capability programs, ensuring tools and learnings are adopted at local level.

* Ensure consistent alignment and performance of the global media agency network.​
* Build media capability toolkits and playbooks that empower global and local marketing teams.

Note: This role can be based at our offices in either the Netherlands or France.

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* 1–3 years’ experience in media, digital marketing, or agency coordination. (A first experience in a media agency is highly appreciated.)
* International exposure or experience strongly preferred given the global nature of the role.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities across cultures and geographies.
* Curiosity about the evolving media landscape (platforms, commerce, influence, retail media).
* Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (Teams, Workplace, SharePoint).
