À propos de vous et de ce rôle

La logistique de Lauterbourg recherche un(e) opérateur(trice) de chargement. Le rythme de travail s'organise en 2x8, sous l'autorité du Coordinateur d'Activités Logistiques.
La logistique de Lauterbourg travaille pour la plateforme chimique et ses trois unités de production.
Elle est notamment en charge des chargements des produits finis de l'unité d'additifs pour peintures DCM.

Responsabilités

Responsabilité sécurité :

* Il/Elle respecte les règles de sécurité, santé et environnement.
* Il/Elle est responsable de sa propre sécurité et de celle des autres.
* Il/Elle utilise et se conforme aux procédures du site, en particulier celles relatives à la sécurité des chargements.
* Il/Elle maîtrise parfaitement toutes les opérations de sécurité liées à l'expédition.
* Il/Elle maintient son outil de travail et son environnement propres et rangés ; il/elle est responsable du nettoyage et de l'entretien de sa zone.
* Il/Elle assure une passation de consignes rigoureuse (entre opérateurs logistique, opérateurs de production, etc.).
* Il/Elle est formé(e) et applique les règles de sécurité (installation, guidage camion, …).
* Il/Elle participe aux formations sécurité.
* Il/Elle contribue activement aux programmes Housekeeping.
* Il/Elle veille au respect, par les chauffeurs, des règles de sécurité en général et du port des EPI en particulier.

Responsabilité du rôle :

* Il/Elle est responsable du chargement des produits finis qui lui sont confiés au cours de son poste, en collaboration avec les autres membres de son équipe.
* Il/Elle renseigne les check-lists.
* Il/Elle procède au plombage des camions chargés, en respectant la réglementation.
* Il/Elle identifie les anomalies d'équipements et rédige les déclarations dans Triple Zéro ou dans la base FNC.
* Il/Elle applique les consignes spécifiques relatives à chaque produit fini (consignes de filtration, …).
* Il/Elle effectue les changements de filtres en minimisant la production de déchets et d'eaux blanches.
* Il/Elle favorise l'entraide et l'esprit d'équipe.
* Il/Elle maîtrise les outils de communication (tels que les radios) et communique de manière précise et rigoureuse.

Responsabilités transversales :

Le/la candidat(e) sera évalué(e) sur sa performance dans son rôle ainsi que sur ses compétences transformationnelles (Collaborer pour des résultats de qualité supérieure, diriger avec courage, apporter des solutions innovantes, générer de la valeur pour le client, ainsi que sur ses compétences en communication et son savoir-être.

Qualifications

* Le CACES à jour est un plus.
* Méthodique, autonome et rigoureux(se).
* Grande capacité d'adaptation.
* Bon sens du relationnel.
* La connaissance d'une langue étrangère constitue un avantage (allemand, anglais, russe, etc.).
* Une formation en chimie est un plus.
