Field Trainer France, Switzerland & UK

Job Description:

Based in Paris and reporting to the Retail Training Director Europe, the Field Trainer will be instrumental in elevating the sales staff's performance across our France, Switzerland & UK markets. This role requires a dynamic individual with significant in-store and field experience, dedicated to enhancing client experience, managing new joiner inductions, and continuously identifying training needs through on spot coaching. You will work in close partnership with Retail Managers and Sales Teams to ensure consistent improvement and sustained excellence of our sales force.
5 years' in-store selling experience in Fashion/Luxury Retail Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred Manages own image standards on a high level Strong selling and communication skills are necessary Excellent relationships and teamwork skills Organization, professionalism, self-confidence Strong client service skills Strong knowledge and/or interest for Fashion/Luxury Industry Fluent English, Italian and French is a plus
