Обязанности:

* Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities (electricity, water, gas)
* Oversee operation and maintenance of steam boiler systems, transformer substations (>1000V); water treatment facilities
* Maintain and repair energy equipment
* Participate in installation and commissioning of new systems
* Lead and implement energy efficiency projects to reduce consumption and optimize costs
* Manage and supervise technical personnelТребования:

* Higher education in Engineering (Power, Mechanical, or related field)
* Hands-on experience with steam boilers, high-voltage transformer substations (>1000V), medium- and high-pressure compressors
* Proven experience implementing energy efficiency projects (real cases required)
* Background in industrial/manufacturing environments (preferably food production)
* Experience with water treatment systems
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Team management experience
* Russian or English proficiency
