Possible Tasks within this Role

* Working on cross-functional projects in interdisciplinary teams in Germany and abroad
* Developing innovative consulting approaches to strategy, reorganization and operational excellence
* Analyze data and develop concepts and strategies
* Prepare and conduct workshops and interviews independently
* Developing and presenting the results to customers

Qualification requirements

* Very good master's degree from a university
* Specialist internships in the automotive and/or consulting industry
* Practical experience in an intercultural working environment
* German language level C1 and English language level B2
* Excellent ability to identify and solve problems
* Targeted communication and quick comprehension
