At Covestro, as Solution Specialist SAP Analytics Cloud, you take ownership of the stable operation and continuous development of our enterprise-wide Business Intelligence platform. Around 2,400 active users across 50 legal entities worldwide rely daily on the data you are responsible for - from Finance and Controlling to Sales and HR. You will work in an international environment with direct influence on management decisions and actively shape Covestro's digital data strategy.

In addition to our wide range of benefits, a full-time position comes with an attractive starting salary between EUR77,600/year and EUR93,900/year plus a variable component. The starting salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.

Your responsibilities in detail:
* You ensure the stable operation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)-, SAP BW/4HANA- and SAP Datasphere-based applications within our highly integrated Business Intelligence system landscape - including data availability and bug fixing
* Design, implementation and management of complex IT solutions within our global SAC/BW environment are in your hands - from API integrations to custom system extensions
* You proactively identify and drive continuous improvement measures to enhance the stability and performance of our running applications
* Building targeted industry knowledge and staying up to date on market trends and new SAP technologies is part of your role - enabling you to unlock cross-system and business benefits
* As a knowledge expert for SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere, you ensure internal knowledge transfer within the team and build a strong network across the organisation
* You take on the lead of smaller IT projects or sub-projects within the functional area - from requirements gathering through to successful delivery
* You actively foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in line with Covestro's corporate values, challenging the status quo and bringing in fresh ideas

What you bring to the table:
* You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or Business Administration (Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma)
* Sound professional experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere forms your solid technical foundation
* You bring basic knowledge of SAP BW data modelling, BW data loading procedures and ABAP OO, and understand how these interact in complex Business Intelligence landscapes
* You have gained experience managing small to mid-sized, interdisciplinary IT projects and can communicate confidently with various stakeholder groups
* Analytical thinking, a structured working style and strong communication skills are among your key strengths
* Intercultural competence and openness to international collaboration come naturally to you
* Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile - German language skills are a plus
