Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

* You will provide international technical support for CT systems, primarily remotely and by phone, ensuring fast and high-quality problem resolution for our customers.
* You will register, analyze, understand, and resolve technical malfunctions of CT systems while taking customer situations into account.
* You will perform in-depth failure analysis using information from local customers, field service engineers, application specialists, remote diagnostic tools, and knowledge databases.
* You will conduct qualified pre-diagnosis and determine the required spare parts according to established guidelines.
* You will initiate appropriate actions using structured problem-solving techniques and derive suitable measures.
* You will follow up on implemented actions, adjusting them if necessary to ensure sustainable solutions.
* You will initiate escalations to R&D in line with applicable escalation procedures
