In this role, you will drive and shape professional education initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring impactful, compliant, and strategically aligned learning experiences:

Your Role

* You develop, implement, and steer the regional Professional Education strategy (EMEA) in close collaboration with strategic marketing and medical affairs colleagues
* You translate strategic objectives into measurable education initiatives, including KPI tracking and continuous optimization
* You ensure alignment of educational activities with customer needs, clinical requirements, and business objectives
* You support product launches through educational concepts, selection of reference sites, and delivery of training programs
* You create and continuously enhance clinically relevant, compliant training content and learning formats
* You plan, execute, and evaluate international training formats (e.g., workshops, webinars, peer-to-peer programs)
* You build and maintain a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), partners, and professional associations, and manage related collaborations
* You collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Medical, Regulatory) and global teams
* You ensure efficient processes, manage budget responsibilities, and drive the development of standards, SOPs, and sustainable education offerings

Your Profile

* You have completed 4-year university degrees in natural sciences, medicine, medical technology or industrial engineering/economics, optometrists, physicists
* You have extensive professional experience in the field of ophthalmology or in the medical technology manufacturing industry for the supply of medical devices to doctors and clinics, or comparable experience
* You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
* You enjoy intercultural collaboration and you used to work with international stakeholders
* You have a proactive, hands-on mentality with high personal accountability
* You are team-oriented with strong collaboration skills Strong project management and organizational skills
* You have experience with event management and educational program coordination
* You are highly proficient in MS Office and common digital education tools (e.g., webinar platforms, audience interaction tools)
* You have an excellent English, written and spoken, German language is a plus
* You need to travel frequently for this role
