Job Description:

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* Support of our Sourcing Team.
* Administrative tasks, especially obtaining and archiving contracts.
* Maintenance of shared data bases.
* Supporting in regular price checks.
* Supporting in onboarding new suppliers according to Birkenstock's standard processes.
* Supporting in tender activities including sending RFQs and analyzing quotations.
* Designing presentation.
* Sample sending/distribution.
* Project assistance.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
* Course of study in Business administration or corresponding commercial training (industry or trade).
* Some working experience within in industry.
* MS Office skills (PowerPoint / Excel).
* Good communication skills and good command of English.
* Agreeable person with good networking skills.
