Qualifications:

* Proven expertise in Back-end (Python) or Front-end (React) engineering, with the ability to design, build, and ship scalable, reliable systems in real-world environments
* Strong analytical thinking, first-principles problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguous, novel product/AI challenges with creativity and rigor
* Experience collaborating in cross-functional product/ML teams, translating human-AI interaction needs into thoughtful, elegant technical or product solutions
* Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and high ambition - ability to drive complex projects end-to-end, from concept to production, in fast-moving environments
* Commitment to integrity, collaboration, and mission alignment, with a track record of learning quickly, giving/receiving feedback constructively, and elevating team outcomes
