Vice President (m/w/d) Logistics

Job Description:

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
* Full responsibility for logistics at Birkenstock - including both owned and operated sites.
* Oversee finished goods warehousing within the EU and outbound transportation.
* Manage intrafactory logistics and flow of goods from factories to distribution centers.
* Own the P&L for logistics with a double-digit million-euro responsibility.
* Take charge of key strategic initiatives:
* Consolidating and automating our logistics footprint across Europe.
* Preparing and supporting the build-up of an APAC logistics hub.
* Improving planning processes and material flows

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:
* Solid logistics experience - ideally in a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
* You bring an entrepreneurial and solution-driven mindset, are pragmatic in your approach, and know how to execute effectively - even in high-pressure situations.
* Deep expertise in high-volume industries, preferably within consumer goods, pharma, or durable goods sectors.
* Ability to move between strategic planning and operational execution.
* You establish clear priorities, take ownership in decision-making with a strong business mindset, and step in operationally when necessary to drive progress.
* Fluent in both German and English.
