Junior Operations Manager Greece & Cyprus (all genders)

* Support the Country Manager in localizing content and marketing campaigns to ensure our global strategy resonates with the Greek market
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, customer service, and marketing
* Translation of various texts from English into Greek (e.g., sales campaigns, newsletters, fashion content, marketing materials)
* Competitor monitoring (e.g., sales campaigns, celebrity and influencer collaborations, services)
* Quality assurance of our website
* Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring, and engagement with logistics and customer service teams
* Market analyses and development​

Qualifications:

* Native-level competence in Greek, both spoken and written
* Fluency in English; German is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
* Work experience in business development, project management, customer service or logistics is a plus
* Strong communication and analytical skills
