Job Description

Your Responsibilities:
* Suggest and document process improvements: Review current sourcing and purchasing practices, compare them to existing process descriptions, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose pragmatic improvements. Support the documentation of changes in a clear and structured way (for example, process maps, work instructions, guidelines).
* Create reports and dashboards: Prepare meaningful analyses, reports, and presentations (for example, spend analyses, KPIs, savings tracking) to support decision-making and continuous performance monitoring. Contribute to the design and maintenance of dashboards in our reporting tools.
* Support standardization and governance: Help maintain and improve sourcing standards, templates, and documentation, ensuring data consistency and transparency across categories and regions.
* Improve data quality and analytics: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and structuring data from various internal systems (for example, ERP and procurement tools) and perform basic data validation to increase the reliability of our reports.
* Collaborate across functions: Work with stakeholders from sourcing, purchasing, finance, and operations to understand their information needs and translate them into clear, actionable analytics.

Your Profile:
* You are currently enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, data analytics, economics, or a comparable field.
* You bring basic experience with data analysis and reporting, have good knowledge of MS Excel, and ideally first experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
* You have a strong interest in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain topics; initial practical experience from internships, student jobs, or projects is a plus.
* You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner and are motivated to learn and take initiative.
* You have very good English and German skills (written and spoken)
