Do you want to lead high-impact strategy projects across ZEISS? The strategic projects team, part of the Strategic Corporate Development department (CCD), advises top management on questions such as: Which new markets should ZEISS tap into? How do we best organise operating models? What are the strategic considerations behind our new acquisitions?

Your role

* Drive high-impact strategy projects and serve as a proactive problem-solving partner
* Define project scopes and develop clear, actionable project plans
* Lead cross-functional projects
* Perform rigorous analyses and translate insights into data-driven strategic recommendations
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, and confidently present your recommendations

Your profile

* A degree with excellent grades in natural sciences, engineering or business administration or a combination
* Experience in top management consulting; further experiences in corporate strategy or other fast-paced strategy roles are a plus
* Initial experience in leading project or workstream teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, results-orientation, and communication skills and outstanding analytical competence, strategic and outside-the-box thinking
* Enjoy working in an agile way in networked, diverse, and interdisciplinary teams and passion for innovation and enthusiasm for new technologies
* Fluent English skills, German is a plus
