About the role:

Lead the DACH innovation agenda by developing and delivering innovation projects that drive growth, premiumisation, and commercial impact.

Role Responsibilities:
* Shape and implement the DACH innovation pipeline
* Lead innovation projects from concept to launch
* Partner with Brand, Commercial, Supply, and Europe Innovation teams
* Drive successful market launches and performance tracking
* Use consumer insights and trends to identify growth opportunities

About you
* Experienced marketing/commercial professional with strong FMCG understanding
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Creative problem solver, comfortable working in complex environments
* Able to lead projects independently and influence senior stakeholders
