Das machst Du bei uns
* Du vermietest Büroimmobilien
* Du akquirierst Objekte, Projekte und Neukunden
* Du berätst und betreust unsere Kunden bei der Objektsuche und bei Vertragsverhandlungen
* Du erarbeitest Nutzungs- und Vermarktungskonzepte sowie Standortanalysen
* Du entwickelst Immobilienstrategien für unsere Kunden
* Du analysierst den Immobilienmarkt auf Chancen und Risiken

Das wünschen wir uns
* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit immobilienwirtschaftlicher Ausrichtung, BWL oder Wirtschaftsgeographie - gerne auch eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich
* Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Immobilienumfeld mit
* Du hast idealerweise Ortskenntnisse
* Du begeisterst unsere Kunden mit Deiner ausgeprägten Akquisitionsstärke und Deinem Interesse am eigenständigen Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbindungen
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
