We are seeking a Change & Communication Working Student to support the rollout of our communication plan within the Data & AI landscape in Life Science Data, Digital, and IT (LS DDIT). This role will be crucial in turning strategies for LS DDIT into execution to foster a unified culture across the organization.
Your Role:
* Communication & Enablement: Develop and execute communication strategies to support change initiatives, including writing newsletters, creating and curating stakeholder presentations, and launching campaigns. Plan, create, and implement communication and enablement activities to ensure stakeholders understand the initiative's vision and its impact.
* Training/Development: Lead all communication initiatives related to the LS D&AI Academy.
* Content Creation: Oversee and maintain the Intranet (EVA) room of the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) and relevant communication channels to highlight milestones and activities across Life Science.
* External Positioning: Support the external positioning of the LS DDIT Leadership Team on LinkedIn.
* Event Organization: Organize and lead ACE & LS DDIT team events to foster engagement and knowledge sharing.
* Collaboration: Work with the CTO to manage the LS AI Pulse Newsletter and co-lead the AI podcast.
* Product Hub Management: Manage the LS Product Hub, showcasing ACE's & Spokes flagship use cases to inspire others with our Data & AI products.
* Stakeholder Support: Provide communication support to the CIO and middle to top stakeholders/management.
* Network Leverage: Utilize the communication network and capabilities within Life Science and beyond to enhance engagement and collaboration.
Your Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 month of professional experience in Change & Communication.
* Excellent Storytelling
* Communication skills (both written and verbal) in fluent (C1) English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels across diverse and multinational environments.
* Knowledge and skills in design, PowerPoint, and Synthesia (video tool).
* Knowledge in project management and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
