Your Role
As Specialist Regulatory Affairs (m/f/d), you will be part of our Regulatory Affairs Flavor Finished Product Compliance EAME team. Working closely with your colleagues, you will play an active role in ensuring transparent and reliable product and compliance information, creating value for our customers and supporting informed consumer choices.
This is a full-time position on a 13-month fixed-term contract.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
* Complete product-related questionnaires and respond to customer regulatory inquiries.
* Provide regulatory guidance and support during product development and commercialization processes.
* Collect, evaluate, and interpret information from internal databases and cross-functional teams.
* Ensure accurate and compliant product information in line with relevant food and flavor legislation.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and working practices within an evolving IT environment.
* Actively collaborate within an experienced Regulatory Affairs team and support the implementation of innovative solutions and approaches.
About You
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or a comparable technical discipline.
* Solid knowledge of food and flavor regulations and related compliance requirements.
* Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
* Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Affinity for data management and digital tools, including MS Office and SAP.
