Über Sie und diese Rolle
Zur Verstärkung des Produktionsteams in unserem modernen Dow Consumer Solutions Werk Wiesbaden (Deutschland) suchen wir aktuell eine:n Junior Operator / Produktionsmitarbeiter:in für den Einsatz im 4-Schichtbetrieb.

Verantwortlichkeiten
* Herstellung von Silikon-Elastomeren (Produktionsvorbereitung, Rohstoffanlieferung, Maschineneinrichtung, Produktion, Abpackung) unter zuverlässiger Einhaltung vorgegebener Arbeitsanweisungen und Maschinenbedienvorschriften
* Tägliche Reinigung und Mülltrennung
* Sicherstellung der Abfallmengenmeldung
* Verantwortung für die richtige Handhabung und Bearbeitung der Produktionsdokumente
* Kontrolle der Rohstoffe auf Richtigkeit und einwandfreien Zustand vor deren Einsatz
* Durchführung notwendiger Wartungs-, Kontroll- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
* Kennenlernen und Bedienen aller Prozesse und Anlagen in den zugehörigen Bereichen
* Teilnahme an diversen Schulungen (Technik, Prozesse, Analysen sowie Sicherheitstrainings)
* Teilnahme an Mitarbeitermeetings

Qualifikationen
* Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teammitgliedern
* Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
* Kosten- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
* Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
* Fachausbildung aus den Berufsgruppen Chemie, Mechanik oder Lagerwirtschaft erwünscht
* Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Siemens PCS7 Prozessleitsystemen sind von Vorteil
