What you'll build
As a member of our team, you will:
* Support strategy execution with focus on value realization, reporting, and documentation
* Help build and maintain best-practice documentation to support strategic decision-making
* Gain practical exposure to enterprise-level programs focused on customer impact and transformation
By supporting programs that enhance customer experience and strengthen our operations, this role directly contributes to smoother processes, faster issue resolution, and better service quality. When our internal systems and teams work efficiently, customers benefit through reliable support and a more seamless experience.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Use and maintain our primary Project Management tool to manage and track program progress.
* Manage and update program assets (sharepoint, documents and powerpoints)
* Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with our global stakeholders
* Drive alignment across business areas, ensuring synchronization with key steering committees and decision-making forums

We enable transformation by steering value led initiatives, ensuring clear and transparent roadmaps, and driving adoption across all major AI powered and high impact programs.
Team Goals:
* Deliver value driven initiative design and end to end roadmap transparency
* Provide active portfolio steering and scalable execution enablement
* Lead AI strategy execution by using customer feedback, experience data, and AI powered insights to improve guidance quality and interaction design
* Ensure ownership, onboarding, and scaling of strategic initiatives
* Maintain clear and actionable roadmaps for all focus topics
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
