We're looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager with Italian language to join our sales team, specialising in your designated region. You'll play a key role in negotiating hotel and package contracts directly with suppliers, securing the best deals for our members. You'll collaborate closely with a dynamic, results-driven team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

The Role & What You'll Do

* Build and Nurture Relationships: Identify and maintain business relationships with a diverse remit of hotels (and/or DMCs) in your region, from country spas and chic boutique city hotels to luxury beach resorts.
* Develop Your Portfolio: Curate a diverse pool of products across your assigned region, negotiating the best hotel deals to inspire our worldwide members to travel.
* AOHO, Flash and Package Evolution: Roll out the AOHO, Flash and Packages concept across your region, developing a diverse portfolio ranging from country spas to chic boutique city hotels and beach resorts.
* Drive Commercial Growth: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the supply chain to drive regional performance.
* Oversee the Sales Process: Drive all elements of the process from target identification and initial contact through to pricing, contract agreement, and ongoing account management.
* Optimise Performance: Report on, evaluate, and implement suitable sales measures to ensure continuous growth.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Operations, Sales Steering & Revenue, and Customer Service departments.
* Be a Destination Expert: Generate new leads and research the competitive landscape and tourism trends within your region.

We focus on positively impacting targeted outcomes in the sweet spot between customer and business value generation.

You Will Bring

* Proven Sales Expertise: Solid account management experience with a track record of successfully negotiating contracts in the travel industry.
* Regional Knowledge: Direct experience contracting in at least one or two specific areas within your designated region.
* Exceptional Negotiation Skills: The ability to establish and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with hotel decision-makers.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong numeracy skills and the ability to leverage data to drive smart business decisions.
* Target-Driven Mentality: A history of exceeding sales targets and a passion for delivering results.
* Communication Skills: Fluency in English & Italian is essential for this role..
* Driving license: preferred or required depending on region (a bonus).
* Organisation: The ability to prioritise effectively and excel in a fast-paced environment.And You Are...
