About this Position

What you´ll do

* Be the key point of contact for our existing customers in industries such as mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology, and electrical engineering within your region, you develop sustainable, long-term customer relationships in close cooperation with our technical distribution partners
* You act proactively, analyze market potential, and strategically acquire new customers
Within your region, you take responsibility for revenue planning, performance steering, pricing development, and resource allocation
* Through your technical consulting and by identifying cost-saving potential in the use of adhesive and dispensing technologies, you work with your customers to develop sustainable application solutions using LOCTITE and other products from the Henkel industrial adhesives portfolio
* You collaborate closely with our application engineering experts and benefit from their strong technical support
* You independently conduct trainings and workshops for your technical distribution partners and end customers, thereby contributing to the development of their capabilities and to joint success

What makes you a good fit

* Successfully completed vocational training or a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
* 2-3 years of relevant experience in technical field sales (B2B), ideally in the adhesives sector
* Confident presence, strong negotiation skills, and a keen sense for customer needs
* Flexibility and willingness to travel combined with efficient self-organization while working from home
* Residence in Southern Germany or willingness to relocate, along with a valid Class B driver's license
* Fluent German and very good English skills
