The Position
As the Access Value Partner, you will play a great role in securing optimal national reimbursement and access for Roche's products. By contributing to and helping shape strategic negotiation plans, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver innovative health solutions and improve patient outcomes. As an integral member of the Market Access team, you will report to the Access Excellence Lead, fostering our shared commitment to creating value for patients and healthcare systems.
The Opportunity
* Support the Market Access strategy for Roche therapeutic areas by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful access outcomes.
* Offer strategic and tactical insights on risks and opportunities arising from changes in the access and policy environment.
* Contribute to research and analyses to identify the societal impact of our products and help integrate customer insights into Access strategies.
* Facilitate the implementation of the product value proposition using global tools, helping ensure timely reimbursement and access.
* Nurture long-term strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, utilizing internal alliances to foster positive product access outcomes.
* Share the economic and clinical value of Roche products with key partners such as Payers, TAEs, MoH, National Drug Organization and Patient Associations.
* Help identify potential challenges and contribute to innovative solutions that smooth the path for product access and improve business potential.
Who You Are
* You hold a BSc in Health Sciences, Business or Finance; a Master's in Health Economics or Health Policy & Management is a valued plus.
* You bring 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare environment - in pharmaceuticals or consulting - with a solid understanding of the payer and market access landscape.
* You are well-versed in health economics and the Access environment, including pharmaceutical legislation and payer dynamics; prior support or knowledge of HTA submissions, negotiations and pharmacoeconomic analysis is considered a strong asset.
* You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across different functions.
* You are an analytical thinker who enjoys navigating a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, thoughtful results.
* You are fluent in Greek and English and are proficient with MS Office.
