Overview Starcom is looking for an enthusiastic Ad Operations Specialist to manage the ad operations and the digital creatives readiness for a leading multinational account across various markets! The role requires knowledge of ad serving platforms and management of digital creative assets executed through digital marketing platforms - Google Ads, META and TikTok. If you are knowledgeable, collaborative, and motivated spirit, then this may be the place for you! Responsibilities Manage creative assets for digital marketing platforms, in collaboration with creative agencies. Ensure that digital creatives meet the required specifications and delivery deadlines. Create taxonomies, based on campaigns and respective digital creative assets. Set up and manage digital campaigns on ad serving platforms. Assist reconcile media budgets and platform invoices. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Ad Serving Platforms, preferably Flash Talking Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, META, and TikTok, with hands-on experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with adaptability to agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills. Fluent command of English and strong digital literacy. Proactive "can-do" mentality, demonstrating ownership and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and time management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of tasks. Analytical thinking and data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting metrics and deriving actionable insights. Additional information What's in it for you?
