About the job
Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager, the Trade Activation Specialist, supports the planning and execution of all in-store activations across channels (retail & pharma). The role ensures flawless campaign implementation, strong cross-functional coordination & cooperation with marketing, KAM, operation, and continuous field insight to strengthen brand visibility and drive shopper engagement.
Duties & responsibilities
* In-store activations planning and executions & performance analysis
* Day to Day communication with sales & retail or pharma channels
* Communication with external agencies and merchandisers
* In Store Assets Development-Management & Control
* Monitoring of Competition Initiatives
* Retail media planning & execution
* Use of trade monitoring platforms (e.g. keyvoto, pockee, etc) to check in-store and online promo execution
* Regular field visits - store check (to see running campaigns)
* Coordination of innovation launches
* Market data -Preparation of Monthly Market Shares report
* A&P budget Planning and tracking on assigned activities
Education & Experience Requirements
* University degree
* 2-3 years’ experience in trade marketing position
* Αbility to propose improvements & comfort in problem-solving autonomously
* Οwnership of execution quality
* Strong in interpretating sales data/research
* Very good level of English & Greek
* Excellent communicational and organizational skills
* Flexible personality with willingness to learn new things through experimenting
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
