What you´ll do

* Accomplishes tasks as directed by supervisor(s) Supports processes/operations of the respective Henkel team Complies with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations
* Key responsibility: development, implementation and administration of European Audit and Safety Documentation Database, risk matrix and integration of Dashboards (Power BI etc.)
* Ensure successful streamlining of current data and information systems and able to understand and prioritize safety related information and identify gaps in safety database
* Partner with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development and other cross-functional teams
* Opportunity to lead projects on reporting optimization of safety related crucial data and run reporting
* Support the coordination of the Regional Safety Team events
* As required, manage the alignment and agreement of SHE requirements and technical specifications with production sites and contract manufacturers, support risk and sustainability assessments analytics
* Support the execution of the European Henkel Safety Strategy by taking key contribution of digitalization projects

What makes you a good fit

* Fluent English and Hungarian and comfortable to communicate with external experienced stakeholders
* Min. 2 more semesters of active student status remaining
* Studies or experience in the field of Safety, Health and Environment is an advantage
* Focused and well organized by dealing mass data management and data administration
* Being able to work with macros and excel, experience with Power BI are advantages
* Optionally open to travel in case of join and participate audits and understand machinery environment
* Chemical engineering or other chemical studies is an advantage
* SAP knowledge is an advantage
