Overview POST-PRODUCTION CLIENT LEAD We are looking for an experienced Post-Production Client Lead to own key client relationships - primarily for one of our global clients - while leading our post-production team in Hungary. In this senior leadership role, you'll act as a trusted strategic partner to clients during post-production and delivery, overseeing end-to-end workflows across multiple brands, regions, and formats. This position suits someone who combines strong client-facing confidence with deep post-production expertise and enjoys leading complex, high-volume creative operations. What you'll do Lead and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for post-production, revisions, approvals, and final delivery. Advise clients on creative and technical solutions aligned with campaign objectives. Oversee all stages of post-production, including video editing, motion graphics, VFX, color grading, sound design, and final finishing, ensuring outputs meet brand, creative, and technical standards. Manage end-to-end project workflows, including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent campaigns and markets. Coordinate cross-functional teams - editors, motion designers, VFX artists, colorists, sound specialists, and freelancers - ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality outputs. Review deliverables at each stage, own final approvals, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to guarantee seamless post-production execution. Lead post-production process improvements, implement best practices, and optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and consistency. Collaborate closely with creative, production, media, and finance teams to align timelines, resources, and project objectives. Support the growth and development of the post-production team through mentoring, training, workload planning, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Oversee archiving, storage, and distribution processes for multi-platform deliverables, ensuring compliance with client standards and security protocols. What we are looking for 10+ years of client-facing experience in post-production or production management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale campaigns across video, digital, social, and multi-platform formats. Strong leadership experience managing in-house teams and freelance talent, ensuring career development, effective workload distribution, and team motivation. Deep technical knowledge of the full post-production lifecycle, including editing, motion graphics, VFX, color grading, sound design, and final finishing. Hands-on familiarity with key industry tools and platforms, such as Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Avid, ShotGrid, or similar, to guide teams and review work effectively. Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and multi-project oversight across markets. Confident and strategic communicator, capable of advising senior-level clients, negotiating priorities, and presenting complex ideas clearly. Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and optimizing processes for efficiency and quality. Ability to manage risk, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve post-production workflows. Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, decision-making capability, and a strong sense of accountability. Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Motion Graphics, or a related field is preferred. Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Why you'll love it here You'll lead post-production delivery for a major global client, shaping how high-profile campaigns come to life across markets and platforms.
