Job Purpose

Analyze
financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain
record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability or other
financial activities with the organization.

Develop, analyze, and interpret statistical and financial
information to evaluate operating results in terms of profitability and
performance to budget.

Provide the organization and its management with the financial
and operating information necessary to guide business decisions.

Assist operational management in preparation of annual budget

Comply with all corporate reporting requirements in a timely and
accurate manner.

Conduct research of financial data and review accounting
transactions.

COMMUNICATION

·
Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders
both internal and where appropriate external

Supervisors & Managers should clearly communicate
expectations, roles and responsibilities to their reports

FINANCIAL

·
All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be
financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or
simply their own expenses

Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed
within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and
procedure

Experience & Education

REQUIRED

·
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field

·
3+ year's accounting experience

PREFERRED

CPA Certification

Proficient in presentation preparation, communication, and
writing skills

Ability to work under pressure
