Location: Bhiwadi

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging training sessions on Communication Skills, English Language, and Aptitude
* Design and customize training modules based on learner requirements
* Conduct assessments, mock tests, and feedback sessions
* Track trainee progress and share performance reports
* Support learners in improving confidence, presentation, and workplace readiness
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training objectivesRequirements:
* Proven experience as a Communication / Aptitude Trainer
* Strong command over English communication and aptitude concepts
* Excellent presentation and classroom management skills
* Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively
* Prior experience in corporate training or academy setups is a plus
