Inviting applications for the role of Deductions and Disputes, Order to Cash

Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift-Day Shift

Responsible and accountable for handling the transactional flow of end-to-end trade activities. Responsible for the validation and execution of order processing and invoicing, contract creation and validation, claims and deductions, accounts receivable. Responsible for performing all necessary work and tasks to ensure administrative goals and metrics are met. Works closely with the Team Lead to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities
* The Non trade promotion analyst will be responsible for working on Non trade promotion management tool to clear invoices and deductions against non-trade activities
* Disputes and deductions.
* Manage Claims and Accounts Receivables.
* Able to address any potential order/deduction/contract issues.
* Provide timely communication with clients and customers. Participate in client/customer conference calls as scheduled; providing feedback and insight.
* Communicate regularly with management advising any critical issues or opportunities.
* Provide reports to clients/customers as needed.

Collections - Responsible for timely collection of customer receivables, ensuring reduction of overdue balances, accurate followup on open items, and compliance with credit policies.
The role supports workingcapital optimization and cashflow stability by executing structured collections activities within the O2C process.
1. Perform daily followup on customer open receivables
2. Execute collections actions in line with defined dunning and followup strategies
3. Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Credit, and Claims teams to resolve payment issues
4. Ensure accurate application and clearing of customer payments in coordination with Payment Application teams
5. Identify and escalate highrisk or overdue accounts
6. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of collections actions

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
* Associate's Degree or equivalent office experience
* SAP experienced
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel

Preferred Skills and Abilities
* Order Entry Administration
* Process orders, deductions, or contracts into management system in a timely manner
* Proactively address any potential order/deduction/contract issues
* Provide timely and thorough communication to all of our valued clients and customer
* Communicate regularly with management advising any critical issues or opportunities and Participate in client/customer conference calls as scheduled; providing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skill
