The team acts as a brand ambassador for Fidelity International and owns the candidate experience across early careers hiring. We combine relationship-led attraction, inclusive assessment, data-driven decision making and strong operational delivery to ensure our programmes are compelling, consistent, scalable and fair.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK, India and wider global Early Careers team, contributing to consistent processes, shared ways of working and practical improvements.
* Manage high volumes of work during peak recruitment periods, prioritising effectively while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness and strong service standards.
About you
* You will have experience in recruitment coordination, HR coordination, talent acquisition operations or a similar role, ideally with exposure to early careers, campus hiring or high-volume recruitment.
