Purpose Statement:

Provide Process/Quality Engineering support to manufacturing to ensure delivery of the highest quality product to the customer.
Support product development teams to help ensure development of high-quality new products.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify manufacturing process defects (scrap, non-conforming material, complaints); perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective/preventative actions.
* Support development of product quality plans, specifications, risk analyses, and FMEA.
* Use process monitoring systems to identify critical steps and reduce process variation.
* Assist product/process improvement efforts using quality metrics and analysis.
* Apply and develop proficiency in quality tools and training materials.
* Participate in validation activities (protocol/report writing, execution).
* Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Participate in Field Discrepancy Notification (FDN) investigations.

Education & Experience

* NFQ Level 7 qualification (or equivalent. Full credits).
* Grade 14: 2+ years relevant experience (or equivalent).
