We are looking for an inquisitive, motivated, analytical Compensation Analyst with the ability to creatively multi-task. Within this cross-functional and visible role, you will be a valuable member of the Human Experience team and will partner with various stakeholders and conduct in-depth analyses to help build and deploy competitive, compliant, scalable, and innovative compensation programs to support our growing company so we can attract, retain, and motivate current and future Humans!

This role will report to our US-based Senior Director, Total Rewards.

What we can offer you:

* Assess alignment with internal and external total compensation data to ensure our program is internally equitable, externally competitive, and continues to meet the changing needs of the business
* Conduct market research, analyze competitive position and market trends and make recommendations for base salary structures, market adjustments and variable pay programs
* Establish credibility as a subject-matter expert and act as a trusted advisor throughout the business
* Interview and survey employees and managers to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job
* Partner with stakeholders across (COMPANY NAME), including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, HX Strategy Partners, Finance and Accounting, to provide comprehensive insight, interpretation, and financial impact regarding compensation-related programs
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand the business and provide proactive compensation analysis and solutions to address business needs
* Use analytic tools to support leaders, managers, and employees in compensation planning and decision-making
* Play a key role in the year-end compensation planning and performance review processes
* Provide guidance for compensation changes related to promotions and market adjustments.
* Assist with employee Bonus and Equity planning
* Manage compliance with applicable regulatory requirements regarding employee pay while staying up to date on current related legislation (FLSA)
* Completion of all mandatory legislative reporting as required e.g. Gender Pay Gap, CSO
* Conduct regular market analysis, job evaluations and salary modelling

* Lead annual compensation survey submission process, collect and maintain a live-library of market match codes within Workday for on-going, internal analysis
* Drive and implement process improvements where needed and take the lead on associated projects

The Skills you will bring
* Degree or Masters in HR/Business in Human Resources, Finance, Law or equivalent.
* 5 + years of Compensation experience involving implementation of job architecture and compensation framework strategy required
* Extensive knowledge of compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
* Evaluate current compensation structures and provide insights against market best practices
* Experience with an HRIS system preferred (Workday is ideal) and understanding of benefit file feed integrations
* Experience in financial budgeting and planning field is a plus
* Team player with open-minded attitude, willing to help where needed and dive into various projects

* Excellent project management skills, presentation skills, a high degree of analytical skills and experience with Excel including pivot tables would be highly desired.
