Overview Key member of global team supporting Treasury Systems at Publicis with focus on our payments and statements platform Trax (FIS Payment Hub). This role will be key in leading implementations of new projects and solutions related to payments and banking connectivity while providing support internally for critical systems issues. Responsibilities Key Tasks Lead and support treasury transformation and system rollout projects Daily support in Trax payment and statements issues Designing and implementing payment configurations in Trax in compliance with bank specifications Responsible for ensuring documentation for both existing and new processes are created and updated as needed Troubleshooting and resolving interfacing issues with Banks, ERPs, and Swift Training end-users and support team Assisting Treasury management with ad hoc tasks and projects as required Key Relationships Global Treasury teams across all geographies In-House Bank and Treasury Operations team in Dublin Treasury Systems support team in India Internal ERP & IT Infrastructure teams globally 3rd party vendors (FIS, Swift) and Banks Qualifications Technical experience with Trax at either Treasury client or at FIS highly beneficial Technical experience with ISO 20022 transition at Treasury or Bank highly beneficial In-depth understanding of XML payments and statements schema as required to manage configuration in the system Familiarity with banking systems and Swift connectivity Ability to work independently and manage project stakeholders effectively Able to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally Excellent communication and analytical skills Additional information As part of our dedication to create an inclusive and diverse workforce, we are committed to equal access to opportunity for people without regard to race, age, sex, disability, neurodiversity, sexual orientation, gender identity or religion. Candidate Requirements:
