Job Description:

O'Donoghue Ring Collection is home to Hotels, Apartments, Spa, Restaurants & Bars centrally located in the vibrant town centre of Killarney and Castleisland, Co. Kerry. Our company philosophy is built upon three core values: employee experience, customer experience, and standards of excellence.

We are seeking a number of full-time Accommodation Porter to join the team in our hotel - Killarney Towers Hotel
The ideal candidate must be available to work from 8:00 am or 9:00 am until 5:30 pm, weekdays and weekends.

What you'll do:
* Moving linen, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies around the hotel
* Assisting housekeeping staff with room servicing
* Collecting and disposing of rubbish and recycling
* Delivering extra items to guest rooms (pillows, blankets, cots, irons, etc.)
* Cleaning public areas such as corridors, stairways, lifts, and lobbies
* Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items to management
* Helping with deep cleaning tasks
* Restocking housekeeping trolleys and storage rooms
* Handling laundry collection and delivery
* Assisting with room setup for VIP guests or events
* Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures

About you:
* The successful candidate must be able to greet all guests in a warm, friendly, and courteous fashion and maintain a professional manner at all times.
* The ideal candidates will have previous experience working in the Accommodation department in the hospitality industry.
* You will have excellent high standards of cleaning and shall be flexible with regard to working hours.
* Flexibility to work a variety of mid-week and weekend shifts is essential.
